XeriTec is a porous surfacing solution that utilizes a special blend of exotic and local pebbles bound together with our exclusive XeriBond Adhesive Technology. XeriTec products achieve porosity rates of over 5 gallons per minute, are non-slip, and stronger than asphalt. XeriTec will not crack, chip or peel like many surfacing materials and as such, is perfect for decorative overlays or for full slab applications. XeriTec is the solution for patios, paths, driveways, pool surrounds, sidewalks and common areas as well as other applications such as tree wells, walk decks and commercial flooring solutions.

XeriTec is not an epoxy system. Epoxy systems are brittle (which leads to cracking of the surface), amber in the sun from UV degradation and are not porous. The XeriTec system utilizes XeriBond which secures the rock with incredible strength, allows water to flow freely through the system all while maintaining a flexibility unmatched in the industry.
